It also limits real-life social interaction and increases feelings of isolation or anxiety. Taking regular breaks from screens and setting time limits for device use can help maintain a healthy balance.

Other harmful habits include smoking, excessive drinking, and drug use. These substances harm major organs, increase the risk of chronic diseases, and can lead to addiction. They not only damage physical health but also affect relationships and emotional stability.
