Hi Guys! Today I’m sharing with you all my Pink & White Themed Birthday Party!
Let me tell you this was SO much fun to plan! I’ve had this vision in mind for such a long time and seeing it all come together was just a dream come true! I planned/designed the whole thing myself and was lucky enough to pick out every last detail.
I wanted to give a huge thanks to all of the talented vendors who took part in this! Thank you for being so accommodating to every one of my ideas. It honestly couldn’t have turned out any more perfect.

When designing the tablescape, I decided to go with Contessa Gold China for the place setting and I absolutely adore the elegance it brings to the table. The silk light pink napkins were the perfect touch to match the light pink roses in the centerpiece. And to top it all off the gold-rimmed glassware & closest flatware added a dazzling touch.
Flowers
I knew from the moment I started planning this event I wanted to do something with pink roses & white hydrangeas. It will always be my favorite combination. So when I came to Alice, with my idea of a glamorous long centerpiece hitting the floor and she was on board I was so excited! She really captured my vision & I am head over heels in love with her work! For the dessert table, I told her I wanted to do two smaller arrangements holding the same flowers in vintage-looking elevated vases and she absolutely killed it! I still can’t get over how beautiful those vases are! She truly brought all of my ideas to life! She provided all of these beautiful real fresh flowers and did all of the arranging. She is located in SF Bay Area and you guys have to hire her for your next party/event.
Balloon
They created the beautiful balloon work you see above. I knew to match the theme of the party I wanted to work with the balloon colors of light pink/white/and gold. So that it would tie into the florals & tablescape perfectly. The ladies were so accommodating, I sent them over all of my ideas and what I wanted every last detail to look like and they created exactly that. The balloon wall they created was amazing! It had faux flowers intertwined in it making it just a jaw-dropper. It fits perfectly behind the dessert table. They also covered the candy cart {which you can rent from them!} so beautifully with all of the balloons and faux flowers. They are available to do all types of balloon work in the Bay Area, LA, and Surrounding Areas
Cheese Board
Creating cheese boards has become one of my favorite things to do recently. However, I knew I would be so busy, and would have no time so I reached out to the expert. And wow they exceeded my expectations! Not only was it as delicious as it looks, but it was just so pretty to look at! They even incorporated pink & white florals to match my theme, it was just so perfect! They are located in the Bay Area, and you guys need to hire them for your next party, date night, anniversary, or honestly just any occasion!
Dessert
Everything was almost too pretty to eat! I knew I just had to do all pink & white desserts to go with the theme, and I seriously am in love with everything! I want to acknowledge every single dessert vendor involved and truly thank them. They each did a wonderful job of bringing my visions to life and I am so grateful. Now than ever we need to support small businesses, and I hope you all consider all of these amazing vendors. They are all located in the Bay Area. I sent over all of these vendors a picture of my desired dessert design and ideas that I had in mind and they all nailed every single last detail.
Cakes
This naked buttercream cake was made by the talented, It was seriously just as yummy as it looks! The pink & white florals on top to match everything was just another wonderful touch! Elle makes the most amazing personalized cakes.
Strawberries
One of my absolute favorite desserts it’s chocolate-covered strawberries, so when I came across the page I basically freaked out. She makes the most amazing custom designs on all of her orders. I love how she was able to incorporate my happy bday/my name into it. It turned out even better than expected!
